He was born in Trabzon in 1967. He completed his high school and university education in Istanbul. In 1991, he founded Revaş (Revizyon Anonim Şirketi) as a large automobile service conducting Automobile Damage and Reservation operations. In 1993, he founded ENKA Motorlu Araçlar A.Ş., which made contributions to the salvage calculation method of damaged vehicles, which is a field of operation for the insurance sector, and which consolidated corporate service concept in the sector. Subsequently, in 1995, he founded Turksis Yardım ve Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. in the field of assistance services which he considered as a gap in the insurance sector, and led the operation of providing the first replacement vehicle in the sector. In the same period, he founded and chaired the Turkish Crane and Vehicle Carriers Association. In 2005, he founded Insurance Claim Center A.Ş. (ICC) which provides various services in the field of claim management in the sector. ICC currently continues to operate as Kuzey İncisi in the sector and in the Turkish Republic of North Cyprus. As of May 15, 2020, he resigned from his positions in these companies and played a role in the organization of Ana Sigorta upon obtaining the approval from the Insurance and Private Pension Regulatory and Supervisory Authority (SEDDK). He currently serves as General Manager of Ana Sigorta A.Ş.
