Message from Our General Manager

Dear Stakeholders,

2025 was a year in which Ana Sigorta began to see the results of the transformation initiatives we had launched and looked to the future with greater confidence. While continuing the transformation efforts we started in the previous year with determination, we made significant improvements to our organizational structure, business processes, and technological infrastructure.

During this period, we strengthened our management structure, reviewed our ways of working, and established a more efficient and sustainable organization. As part of our digital transformation efforts, we renewed many of our processes, improved our internal systems, and implemented applications that support a data-driven management approach. These steps continue to increase our operational efficiency and further improve the quality of service we provide to our customers.

As always, we kept our customer-focused approach at the center of every business we conduct. We continued to work toward our goal of being an insurance company that better understands the needs of its customers, provides faster solutions, and inspires trust. The strong collaborations we have built with our business partners and the dedicated contributions of our employees have also been our greatest strengths throughout this journey.

As a result of the transformation initiatives we have carried out, our strategic actions, and our disciplined management approach, we completed 2025 with a profit. We see this achievement not only as a financial result but also as a reflection of the investments we have made in our company's future and the collective efforts of all our stakeholders.

As Ana Sigorta, we will continue to grow, develop, and create value through our strong capital structure, innovative perspective, and customer-focused approach. In the coming period, we will continue our efforts to become a leading company in our industry that inspires trust, makes a difference, and achieves sustainable success.

I would like to thank our customers, business partners, employees, and all our stakeholders for their trust and support throughout this journey.
