    Tayfun ALTINTAŞ
    Born in Artvin in 1963, Tayfun Altıntaş graduated from Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration, and completed his master's degree at Istanbul University, Institute of Social Sciences. After serving in various positions at Başak (Groupama) Sigorta AŞ, he served as the Accident Insurance Department Manager between 1999 and 2006. In 2006, he started working as a Group Manager at Güneş Sigorta AŞ, where he took responsibility for the Motor Insurance Technical, Motor Insurance Claims, Actuarial, Legal, Recourse, and Logistics units. Serving as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Technical and Claims Management at Güneş Sigorta AŞ between 2017 and 2018, Altıntaş participated in the establishment of Ana Sigorta AŞ. Between December 2019 and April 2021, he served as the Assistant General Manager, Acting General Manager, General Manager, and Board Member responsible for Technical and Claims. After serving as a Board Member responsible for Internal Systems between April 2022 and January 2024, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Ana Sigorta A.Ş. as of February 2024.

    In addition to his corporate roles, Altıntaş served as a member and chairman of the Accident Investigation Research Committee of the Insurance and Reinsurance Companies Association of Turkey between 1999 and 2018. He was a member of the Management Committee of the Traffic Insurance Information Center (TRAMER) between 2008 and 2011, a member of the Technical Committee of the Turkish Green Card Reinsurance Pool between 2003 and 2018, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Motor Vehicle Bureau in 2018. Tayfun Altıntaş has also been lecturing as a guest instructor at the Turkish Insurance Institute Foundation since 1999, and at Marmara University, Faculty of Financial Sciences and Institute of Banking and Insurance since 2005.

    Kantürk ÖZTÜRK

    Born in Trabzon in 1967, he completed his high school and university education in Istanbul. In 1991, he founded a large automotive service under the name Revaş (Revision Joint Stock Company), specializing in automobile damage restoration and revision. In 1993, he founded ENKA Motorlu Araçlar AŞ, which contributed to the salvage calculation method of damaged vehicles in the insurance sector and established a corporate service approach. Subsequently, in 1995, he founded Turksis Yardım and Servis Hizmetleri AŞ, initiating work on assistance services where he identified a gap in the insurance sector, pioneering the provision of the first replacement vehicles to the industry. During the same period, he founded and served as the chairman of the Association of Crane and Auto Transporters of Turkey. In 2005, he introduced Insurance Claim Center AŞ (ICC) to the sector, offering various services in damage management. ICC currently continues its path as the "Pearl of the North" in the sector and in the TRNC. As of May 15, 2020, he resigned from his duties in these companies and, following SEDDK approval, took part in the restructuring process of Ana Sigorta. As of 2024, he serves as the General Manager of Ana Sigorta AŞ.

    Gizem ÖZTOK ALTINSAÇ
    Born in Ankara in 1979. Graduated from Marmara University Economics (English) Department in 2001. That same year, she started her master's degree in economics at Bilkent University, serving as an assistant. She obtained her master's degree from Marmara University Economics (English) Department. In 2004, she entered professional life as an Economist at Garanti Securities. From 2012 to 2016, she served as the Chief Economist at Garanti Securities, taking part in large public offerings such as Türk Telekom and corporate sales processes. She provided research services regarding Turkish markets and economy to domestic and foreign funds. She founded GOA Consulting in 2018 and offers consultancy services to various banks and institutions. With 18 years of professional experience in financial markets, Altınsaç also served as Economist/Research Director at Actus Asset Management within Global Investment Holdings from 2017 to 2020. Since 2011, she simultaneously broadcasts as a professional commentator on the "İlk Söz" and "Küresel Piyasalar" programs on Bloomberg HT on Mondays and Thursdays, and writes regular columns.

    Appointed as Chief Economist of TUSIAD in December 2020, Altınsaç also teaches undergraduate and graduate courses such as "behavioral finance", "reading macro data in the Turkish economy", and "macroeconomic forecasting methods" at Sabancı University and Özyeğin University.

    Ayhan DAYOĞLU
    Born in Istanbul in 1965. After graduating as a Mechanical Engineer from Yıldız Technical University in 1988, he obtained his master's degrees in Manufacturing Methods from Yıldız Technical University and in Management from Sabancı University. He started his professional working life in 1992 as an after-sales services manager at Boronkay and moved to Temsa in 1998. He served as after-sales services manager and spare parts manager at Temsa between 2003-2007, and as Country Director at Temsa Global A.Ş. between 2007-2009. In 2009, he was appointed General Manager of Temsa Egypt S.A.E. and lived in Cairo until October 2011. Following his long and instructive tenure at Temsa, he served as Deputy General Manager and Executive Board Member responsible for Claims and Operations at Aksigorta between October 2011 and August 2016. At Aksigorta, he restructured claims and health operations with a vision of supporting the company's sustainable growth and profitability targets. Between August 2016 and August 2018, he managed the Insurance Sector Operation processes as Board Advisor and Board Member-CEO at Auto King. Dayoğlu, who founded the Arkeon Consulting company in 2016 to help organizations cope with disruptive challenges, focuses on improving the management skills of companies and employees in his works. He has been a Member of the Board of Ana Sigorta AŞ since September 2020.

    Mehmet KALKAVAN
    Born in Istanbul in 1968, Kalkavan completed his undergraduate degree at Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics; and his master's degree in Financial Economics at Boston University. Starting his career at the Undersecretariat of Treasury Insurance Supervisory Board as an Insurance Supervisor in 1993, Kalkavan served there for 11 years, taking on significant responsibilities such as inspecting the financial structures of insurance companies, reviewing regulatory compliance, and expressing opinions on technical sectoral issues. From 2004 to 2006 and 2008 to 2009, he served as Vice Chairman of the Insurance Supervisory Board; leading processes like preparing annual audit programs, managing on-site and remote audits, evaluating audit reports, and training newly joined auditors. Continuing his career as Deputy Secretary-General at the Insurance, Reinsurance, and Pension Companies Association of Turkey in 2009, he later served as Secretary-General of the same institution from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, he was appointed General Manager of the Turkish Insurance Institute Foundation, undertaking the institute's strategic restructuring, pioneering the development of sectoral training programs, and executing various communication projects aimed at raising insurance awareness among the public. He held this position until the end of 2023. Between 2024 and 2025, he assumed the role of Head of Internal Systems at Türk Reasürans, taking on responsibilities spanning risk management strategies, internal control systems, compliance processes, and actuarial evaluations. Throughout his career, he has also served on the boards of various entities, including the Turkish Natural Catastrophe Insurance Pool (DASK), the Agricultural Insurance Pool (TARSİM), the Insurance Arbitration Commission, and the Türk Loydu Foundation, while representing Turkey at the European level via his membership in the Insurance Europe Executive Committee.
