Born in Trabzon in 1967, he completed his high school and university education in Istanbul. In 1991, he founded a large automotive service under the name Revaş (Revision Joint Stock Company), specializing in automobile damage restoration and revision. In 1993, he founded ENKA Motorlu Araçlar AŞ, which contributed to the salvage calculation method of damaged vehicles in the insurance sector and established a corporate service approach. Subsequently, in 1995, he founded Turksis Yardım and Servis Hizmetleri AŞ, initiating work on assistance services where he identified a gap in the insurance sector, pioneering the provision of the first replacement vehicles to the industry. During the same period, he founded and served as the chairman of the Association of Crane and Auto Transporters of Turkey. In 2005, he introduced Insurance Claim Center AŞ (ICC) to the sector, offering various services in damage management. ICC currently continues its path as the "Pearl of the North" in the sector and in the TRNC. As of May 15, 2020, he resigned from his duties in these companies and, following SEDDK approval, took part in the restructuring process of Ana Sigorta. As of 2024, he serves as the General Manager of Ana Sigorta AŞ.
